| Crystal Waters Community Co-operative Ltd - Commercial Kitchen The commercial kitchen is situated in a multi-purpose building in our village zone. The building also houses a small shop, Crafty Bites, and two dining/teaching rooms. Regular Friday night and Sunday brunch cafes are operated here, by the co-operative or co-op members. As well as these regular events, the kitchen is used to cater for the courses run at Crystal Waters, and for special ‘theme’ nights and fundraiser concerts. Some residents also hire the kitchen to cook food which is to be sold off the property at other venues - under local government health requirements a commercial kitchen has to be used for such commercial food operations.
